Current travel ball players are not eligible to register and play in the WCGS recreational softball league during a spring season. A current travel ball player is one who is registered on a roster and actively participating in that team's practices or games on a consistent basis. 

 If a player joins a travel team after they have registered for the current spring playing season, the parent must notify the Registration and Draft coordinators prior to the last day of registration and the draft in order to receive a refund. 

 If a player is found to be playing on both a WCGS recreational team and on a travel team roster, they will be deemed immediately ineligible for their recreational team. 

 If a player is asked by a travel team to play as a "pick up" for tournament play that is not conflicting with their team's practices or games, the parent must notify both the coach and league director to get approval to continue to maintain their rec team eligibility.
